Aims
The investigation has been aimed at establishing the following points as clearly as possible to the satisfaction of both parties (H Clarke and Co Ltd and APET Ltd).
- The nature of the defects as they show up in the mouldings.
- The features in the mould giving rise to the defects.
- The conduct of the moulding operation as it might affect 1 and 2.
- When the problem arose.
- The distinction between fair wear-and-tear and any specific damage as might have arisen under 3.
