Introduction
Six mould halves have been made. These six components provide evidence of the accuracy which one particular manufacturer (Mason Pinder) can achieve. This should be seen as part of the process development since in a real manufacturing process a number of mould sets will be needed to achieve significant production levels.
The output from any mould set will need to be interchangeable with that of any other.
